Yet, such formal curricula for residents are lacking. In response to this educational need, the authors developed an interactive workshop with 2 goals: to raise house staff awareness about professional dilemmas encountered in routine interactions with industry and to provide a practical conceptual framework with which to approach these interactions. This article draws from the authors’ 5 years of experience leading interns and residents in this workshop.
