The normal AFP and elevated ß-hCG levels are most consistent with a seminoma. Nonseminomatous germ cell tumors are associated with elevated AFP levels, while Leydig cell tumors can be more difficult to diagnose as they are not associated with elevated ß-hCG and AFP levels. Leydig cell tumors are associated with elevated estradiol levels. Klinefelters syndrome and Kallmann syndrome are both associated with delayed puberty.
