Drowsiness.
Drowsiness is the most commonly reported symptom of clonidine overdose in pediatric patients. Bradycardia, not tachycardia, is also common, whereas respiratory failure is rare. Abdominal pain and palpitations are not reported symptoms of clonidine overdose.
