Acute Mental Status Changes, Hypotension, and Bradycardia in a 15-Year-Old-Boy

	Answer 3 Drowsiness. Drowsiness is the most commonly reported symptom of clonidine overdose in pediatric patients. Bradycardia, not tachycardia, is also common, whereas respiratory failure is rare.
