Headache and Forehead Swelling in a 9-Year-Old Boy with Sinusitis

	Answer 5 Contracture of the palmar fascia. This condition is known as Dupuytren’s contracture, named after Baron Guillaume Dupuytren. Interesting, Dupuytren lends his name to a splint used to prevent eversion of the ankle for the treatment of Pott’s fracture (answer D). Descriptions of all of the other conditions listed (Pott’s disease—answer E, Pott’s puffy tumor—answer C, and Pott’s cancer—answer A) are attributed to Sir Percivall Pott.
