Conditions associated with Wilms tumor are aniridia, hemi-hypertrophy, cryptorchidism, and hypospadias and other genitourinary anomalies. Horners syndrome is not associated with Wilms tumor but may occur in patients with neuroblastoma involving the head and neck.
