Secondary prevention of coronary artery disease: lipid management as a priority for improvement

Lipid and blood pressure management and administration of ? blockers and aspirin are recommended as key strategies for reducing morbidity and mortality in patients with established coronary artery disease. In this study, the authors assessed level of adherence to these recommendations among primary care physicians and identified factors that predict the delivery of these services.
