Fresh frozen plasma is indicated for all of the following EXCEPT:

  •   As part of empiric therapy for massive transfusion
  •   Initial therapy of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura
  •   Liver disease with mild INR elevations
  •   Patient on warfarin who presents with an INR of 3 and a major bleed
  •   Severe factor V deficiency and upcoming surgery
